You may have forgotten to set up the number range interval for number
range object HRARCHIVE.

The system cannot create an archiving group.

How to fix this error?

Check that the number range exists. If not, set up a number range
interval in the <LS>number range object maintenance </>(transaction
SNRO or SNUM). Enter the object HRARCHIVE and select
<LS>number ranges</>. The interval must have the number range number 01.
