    You want to archive trip data. Trip data is transferred to <LS>payroll
    </> in your system. Therefore, trip data archiving requires an earliest
    personal retroactive accounting limit to be set for the employee in
    <LS>payroll</>. If this limit is not set, <LS>payroll</> could perform
    retroactive accounting in periods whose trip data has already been
    archived. This would give rise to incorrect payroll results.
