  • What causes this issue?

Two entries with the same infotype &V3& and the same subtype &V4& exist
    in table T582L <LS>Infotypes - Country-Specific Settings</>. One entry
is for country grouping &V1&, the other is for country grouping &V2&.
The statuses of both these entries are contradictory.
    <ZH>Example</>
    Infty,,Infotext,,Type,,Descrip,,CGrp,,Descr,,all,,notall,,withWa
    0010,,CapitalFor,,*,,allSubt,,02 ,,Switzer,,X ,, ,,
    0010,,CapitalFor,,*,,allSubt,,01 ,,Germany,, ,, X ,,
The first entry gives Switzerland (country grouping = 02) only the
authorization for infotype 0010 <LS>Capital Formation</>. The second
entry gives all countries except Germany (country grouping = 01) the
authorization for infotype 0010 <LS>Capital Formation</>. Therein lies
