  • What causes this issue?

    Missing authorization for dependent records

    System Response

The record to be inserted causes changes to existing data records due to
the time constraint logic. There is no write authorization for at least
    one of the records.

    How to fix this error?

    The action cannot be performed.

    Procedure for System Administrators

Creation of a new record or record to be inserted that starts before the
restriction date: This is not possible, because an earlier data record
that is no longer accessible would be changed as a result. Modify the
start date of the new record or record to be inserted.
Delimitation of a record with a delimitation date before the restriction
date: This is not possible, because in doing so you bring the end date
forward, thereby changing the validity period to a period for which
there is no write authorization. Modify the delimitation date.
Locking a record that starts before the restriction date: This is not
possible, because in doing so you lock the record in a period for which
    there is no write authorization.
