  • What causes this issue?

Three different actions are generally performed within a personnel
action, for which the <LS>Country reassignment</> indicator has been
set in the <LS>Personnel Action Types</> table (T529A). These are the
    following:
    (a) Entry action under new personnel number in future personnel
    subarea.
    (b) Transferring person-related data (qualifications, profile, and so
on) from the <LS>Personnel Development</> component, from the old
personnel number to the new. This action is only performed if you
    implement <LS>Personnel Administration</> alongside <LS>Personnel
    Development</>.
    (c) Leaving action for old personnel number in previous personnel
    subarea.
Actions (b) and (c) are only performed if action (a) was successfully
completed. In other words, if the <LS>Actions</> and <LS>Organizational
    Assignment</> infotypes (0000 and 0001) were created.
You have created a country reassignment, but you have not fulfilled
prerequisites for actions (b) and (c). In other words, the <LS>Actions
</> and <LS>Organizational Assignment</> infotypes were not created.

    System Response

The country reassignment action is canceled. Actions (b) and (c) are
    not carried out.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the <LS>Actions</> and <LS>Organizational Assignment</> infotypes
(0000 and 0001 respectively) of the newly-created personnel number.
Then you can perform the country reassignment action once more.

    Procedure for System Administrators
