PFO1261
- Transport request &1 contains no entries for PFO tables ?The SAP error message PFO1261 indicates that a transport request does not contain any entries for PFO (Process Flow Orchestration) tables. This typically occurs when you attempt to transport a request that is expected to include changes related to PFO but does not have any relevant entries.
Cause:
- Empty Transport Request: The transport request was created but no changes were made to the PFO tables, resulting in an empty request.
- Incorrect Object Selection: The objects related to PFO may not have been selected for transport, either due to oversight or incorrect configuration.
- Transport Configuration Issues: There may be issues with the transport configuration or the transport layer that prevent the correct objects from being included.
- Development Environment: The changes might have been made in a different environment (e.g., development) and not properly included in the transport request.
Solution:
- Check Transport Request: Open the transport request in the Transport Organizer (SE09 or SE10) and verify if any PFO-related objects are included. If not, you may need to add them manually.
- Recreate Transport Request: If the transport request is empty, consider creating a new transport request and ensure that you include the necessary PFO objects.
- Review Changes: Ensure that the changes you intended to transport were actually made and saved in the development environment.
- Use the Correct Transport Layer: Make sure that the transport layer is correctly configured to include PFO objects. Check the transport routes and settings in transaction STMS.
- Check for Dependencies: Sometimes, PFO objects may have dependencies on other objects. Ensure that all related objects are included in the transport request.
- Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to PFO and transport requests for any specific guidelines or known issues.
