What causes this issue?

The requirements records result from a requirements source that has a
different shift group than the target object.

System Response

Because various shift groups exist, different shift abbreviations are
used in the shift group of the target object. The valid period of this
requirements record, in so far as it is not within the valid period of
the shift group, is limited to the valid period of the shift group.
Requirements records with unknown shift abbreviations are converted
into time intervals.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
