What causes this issue?

The R/3 System's PDF integration is based on interfaces to the
appropriate Adobe products (Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat, full
product). Neither of these programs could be found on your computer.
The R/3 application will now try to display the document in the HTML
Viewer.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

product.
