    - A cancelation of a designated personnel action is not possible;
    - An update error occured in the database;

    The action is canceled and no transfer is entered.

    How to fix this error?

    Please check whether the person(s) in question have already been
    designated for a transfer. In addition, please check whether the person
    still exists in the system. If these two checks do not find the cause
    of the error, please inform system administration.
