  • What causes this issue?

    In infotype 1, person &V1& is assigned to a job which differs from your
    assignment in the organizational structure. This is only allowed if the
    integration between Personnel Administration and Organizational
    Management is deactivated completely or at least for person &V1& in the
    period &V2& - &V3&. If integration is activated in this case, there
    must be an inconsistency.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether the position also differs between infotype 1 and the
    organizational structure. If the OM-PA integration is activated, the
    job is automatically transfered from the position in the organizational
    structure. If the position is also inconsistent, this could be the
    reason for the inconsistent job. Another reason could be that the
    person is marked in open processes. In that case, execute the required
    PA actions in order to eliminate the inconsistency.
    If the person is not marked in open processes, correct the
    organizational assignment of person &V1& either in infotype 1 or in the
    the organizational structure in the above mentioned period. You can
    also use report RHINTE30 or RHINTE00 for this.
