What causes this issue?

The infotype 1 (organizational assignment) of person &V1& was not
updated, because the company code for this person has changed. The
personnel number of the person(s) concerned is locked in Personnel
Administration. For this number, only the personnel action
"organizational reassignment" is possible. You cannot change the
infotypes of the person(s) concerned until you have carried out this
action. From a technical point of view, the lock is created by an entry
in table T77INT.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
