  • What causes this issue?

    You tried to open a query that was not saved using Ad Hoc Query. The
    query contains more than one line and cannot be read in full by Ad Hoc
    Query because Ad Hoc Query only supports single-line lists. The query
    was probably created using SAP Query.

    System Response

    Please note that information will be lost. Some of the query's output
    fields will not be available in Ad Hoc Query. Fields are only taken
    into account if they are output in line 1 and if they are not assigned
    to a list group, or are assigned to list group 1.

    How to fix this error?

    If you can accept the resulting loss of information, you can continue
    to work with the incomplete query. Otherwise, you should open the query
    using SAP Query.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
