    You have tried to create a new data record for the <LS>Contract element
    </> (0016) infotype without maintaining the <LS>Employee group</> or
    <LS>Employee subgroup</> fields.
    Data records of the <LS>Planned working time</> (0007) or <LS>Basic
    pay</> (0008) infotypes already exist for the selected applicants. This
    requires complete availabilty of the employee group or employee
    subgroup.

    How to fix this error?

    Process the <LS>Employee group</> and <LS>Employee subgroup</> fields
    for each data record of the <LS>Contract element</> (0016) infotype.
