    How to fix this error?

    If you want to delete the letter and assign a standard letter to the
    applicant activity, access the <LS>Maintain Applicant Activities</>
    screen and choose <LS>Edit -> Undo changes</>. The system displays a
    dialog box <LS>Delete letter</>. Choose <LS>Yes</> if you want to carry
    out the deletion.
    The changes are undone and a standard letter is assigned to the
    activity.
