    Controlling for activity allocation.
    Before posting documents for activity allocation are generated from the
    individual records in the interface table, the records are checked.
    Records with a closed sending cost center, incorrect activity type,
    missing controlling area, or that contain nonsensical data or
    inconsistent receiver data, are incorrect and are assigned the status
    <LS>Last retrieval unsuccessful</>. These records remain in table
    COIFT.
    Correct records are assigned the status <LS>Last retrieval
    successful</>. The posting documents are generated from these records.
    &V1& records have been retrieved successfully from the interface table.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
