Message text: Enter correct controlling area/cost center/internal order in Customizing
You have tried to post costs from SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
to SAP ERP for an intracompany settlement. However, one or more errors
exist in the Customizing settings in the <LS>Assign TM Sales Org. Unit
to Internal Order/Cost Center</> and <LS>Assign TM Purchase Org. Unit to
Internal Order/Cost Center</> Customizing activities.
Contact your system administrator.
Because more than one of the following conditions may cause your error,
you may need to check all the conditions to implement a complete fix.
The controlling areas specified in both Customizing activities do not
match. For postings from SAP TM, the controlling areas must match.
To fix this error, you must ensure the controlling areas specified in
both Customizing activities for the relevant intracompany settlement
documents match.
You create an internal order for a controlling area and a company code.
You also specify a controlling area in the Customizing activity.
However, the system cannot post costs because the internal order is
associated with a different controlling area than the controlling area
specified in the activity.
To fix this error, you must ensure the controlling area of the internal
order and the controlling area you specify in the relevant Customizing
activity match. Alternatively, you can leave the controlling area field
in the activity blank.
You create a cost centre for a controlling area. You also specify a
controlling area in the Customizing activity. The system cannot post
costs because the cost center is associated with a different controlling
area than that specified in the activity.
To fix this error, you must ensure the controlling area to which the
cost center belongs matches the controlling area in the activity.
Alternatively, you can leave the controlling area field in the activity
blank.
You have specified the same cost center in more than one controlling
area and you have not specified a controlling area in the Customizing
activity.
To fix this error, you must specify the controlling area for the cost
center in which you want the system to post costs, in the relevant
Customizing activity.
