What causes this issue?

All readings in a measurement are assigned to a reading type, which
defines characteristics for the reading such as:
Format (CHAR/NUM)
Length
Decimal places
Default unit of measure
The characteristics of a reading type are dependent on a unit of measure
group that is defined in table OIB06.
Unfortunately, a reading in the current measurement uses a reading type
&v1& that has no characteristics defined for unit of measure group &v2&.

System Response

The measurement transaction is cancelled.
