In Customizing, the new default parameter transaction is activated in
    test mode only.
There you select whether the QCI uses the new table OIB_DEFAULTS or the
old table OIB03 for default values. You can do one of the following:
    1: ' ' : Use old default table (OIB03) and maintenance transaction

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    2: 'T' : Test new default transaction, access mode:OIB03/OIB_DEFAULTS
3: 'X' : Use new default table and new ENJOY maintenance transaction
If you activate the new default table for test purposes, the system
checks the new table for a valid default set <ZH>only</> if it finds no
valid entry in the old table.
