  • What causes this issue?

    The system attempted to convert the transaction quantity to a target
    quantity. The two quantities have a different dimension, thus the system
    requires either a <ZH>base density</> for mass-to-volume conversions or
    a <ZH>base heating value</> for energy-to-volume conversions. For
    energy-to-mass conversions, both a density and a heating value might be
    required. The base density and/or base heating value is zero and the
    calculation cannot continue.

    The system stops processing.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
