Message text: 'Subseq. settlement index' cus. &1, sales area &2, &3, &4 not maintained
The indicator for the subsequent statistic structure is not maintained
for customer &V1& in sales organiztaion &V2&, distribution channel &V3&,
division &V4&.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Select the indicator <LS>Subseq.SettlementInd.</> in the customer master
record (sales area data).
Then create a new statistic structure 'S111' (for example, using reports
RMEBEIZ3, RMEBEIK3).
Ensure that the sales areas can be referenced, if necessary, so that the
data for another sales area have to be maintained.
You only need the indicator in the customer master if it has explicitly
been activated in Customizing for settlement documents.
The new structure ensures that all the Settlement Management documents
concerned are included in the subsequent statistics structure of
business volume data.
If you do not create this new structure, only those documents that were
previously the basis for the update will be included. If necessary, you
can display these documents either using the function <LS>detailed
statement</> or the analysis function.
