  • What causes this issue?

    The number range interval &V3& referred to in the C
    plant &V2& is not intended for external number assignment.
    You need to maintain the MSP C
    the following tasks in the MSP C
    Determination of the revision type
    The revision type is a feature of the line maintenance functionality
    (work package scheduling - maintenance event builder).
    Check of the SAP SCM slot number against the permitted external number
    range for the revision
    The revision number object is WPS_REV. You can maintain external number
    ranges using transaction SNRO. Make sure that the external number range
    interval of the revision for plant &V2& matches the number range
    interval definition of the SAP SCM slots (number range object
    /SAPAPO/SL in SAP SCM).

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
