You need to maintain the MSP data transfer Customizing activity for
plant &V1& to carry out the following tasks in the MSP inbound data
transfer process:
Determination of the revision type
The revision type is a feature of the line maintenance functions (work
package scheduling in the Maintenance Event Builder).
Check of the SAP SCM slot number against the permitted external number
range for the revision
The revision number object is WPS_REV. You can maintain external number
ranges using transaction SNRO. Make sure that the external number range
interval of the revision for plant &V1& matches the number range
interval definition of the SAP SCM slots (number range object
/SAPAPO/SL in SAP SCM).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
