    How to fix this error?

If the system is to check whether the manufacturer plant entered
actually belongs to the manufacturer, i.e. whether it has been
maintained in the master record for manufacturer with the partner role
HS, you may only enter one plant.
If you want the manufacturer plant to be checked, you should make a
separate entry for each of your plants in the approved manufacturer
    parts list.
    <ZH>Note</>
If all your own plants belong to just one purchasing organization, the
system is able to check whether the manufacturer plant has been
maintained in the manufacturer master record.
