No settlement documents that can be cancelled exist for this condition
record.
This may be due to one of the following reasons:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Settlement accounting has not yet been carried out for the condition
record (that is, no settlement documents exist)
the existing settlement documents have already been cancelled.
In some cases (for example, no business volume data, no rebate income),
