In the line balance, you have not assigned the mode of the activity
&V2& to the line segment where this activity is to take place.

System Response

This activity is not included in the activity matrix. As the component
variant &V1& is also used for this activity, a default assignment has
been made where possible for this variant (see other error
messages/warnings).
Note:
If there is no warning for the default assignment for item variant &V1&
in the log, it has not been added to the component variant matrix. In
this case, check whether you have maintained the line balancing at the
right places in the line hierarchy (line network, lines, alternative
lines) and whether you have set the indicator <DS:DE.PPE_NOT_LBXREL>Do
Not Consider Line Balances During Explosion</>.

How to fix this error?

In a line balance, assign the activity &V2& to the line segment where
it is to take place.
