Open, unprocessed V3 posting entries still exist. The updating of one
or more information structures has been deactivated and is to be set to
V3 posting. Information structure &V2& belongs to application &V1&.
After activation (change from no updating to V3 posting), the open
posting entries are updated in the next collective run. As a result,
documents that were created or changed before the time of activation
are updated.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Caution: In the transport of the activation, the udating is onlyStart the <DS:TRAN.MC3V>Collective update (V3)</> before changing the
update type from or to V3 posting and before the transport (import and
method execution) of such a change so that the open V3 entries are
posted.
You can check open V3 posting entries in the <DS:TRAN.SM13>Update
overview</> (V3 update modules with category collective run and status
INIT) and delete these if necessary.
