What causes this issue?

Open, unprocessed V3 posting entries still exist. The updating of one
or more information structures was set to V3 posting and is to be
deactivated. The information structure &V2& belongs to application &V1&
.
After deactivation (change from V3 posting to no updating), LIS
statistics may be incorrect, and a statistical recompilation of the
data may be needed.
V3 posting entries that have not yet been processed can be left in the
<DS:TRAN.SM13>Update overview</> with status INIT for the V3 update
modules with category 'collective run' for application &V1& and can not
be posted if no other information structure in application &V1& is set
to V3 posting.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Caution: For the transport of the deactivation, updating is only
deactivated in the target system if no open posting entries exist in
the target system. The transport (import and method execution) should
only be carried out in a period in which no updating is being carried
out, after the V3 posting (collective run) has been carried out.
