The <ZK>External Training Provider</> infotype (5043) <ZH>must</> be
stored for organizers of external WBTs since this is used to determine
the control data required for communicating with the external system.
No booking will be made for the WBT.
If you are attempting to make a booking for the course, contact your
training administrator about the error.
If the error occurred during administration of the course catalog,
check the settings made for the <ZK>External Training Provider</>
infotype (5043) stored for the course.
