The course type is flagged in the <ZK>Delivery Method</> infotype
(5007) as a WBT that is addressed by means of an external Learning
Management System.
The organizer of the course is determined by means of the relationship
<ZK>is organized by</> (A036).
The <ZK>External Training Provider</> infotype (5043) <ZH>must</> be
stored for organizers of external WBTs since this is used to determine
the control data required for communicating with the external system.
