  • What causes this issue?

    The course type is flagged in the <ZK>Delivery Method</> infotype
    (5007) as a WBT that is addressed by means of an external Learning
    Management System.
    Such course types <ZH>must</> have the relationshp 'is organized by'
    (A036) stored for them and the relationship <ZH> must</> be with an
    object of the type Company ('U').
    These requirements are not fulfilled by the current course type.

    System Response

    No booking will be made for the WBT.

    How to fix this error?

    If you are attempting to make a booking for the course, contact your
    training administrator about the error.
    If the error occurred during administration of the course catalog,
    check the settings made for the <ZK>Delivery Method</> infotype (5007)
    and check the relationships stored for the course.

    Procedure for System Administrators
