You have selected <LS>Select via pers. list</> in the <LS>Person
selection</> section. The initial screen is required to display the
list. You cannot therefore select <LS>No initial screen</>.

How to fix this error?

Deselect either <LS>No initial screen</> in the <LS>General settings</>
section or <LS>Select via pers. list</> (including <LS>Enter for
several personnel nos</>, if necessary) in the <LS>Person selection</>
section
