    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    The cause for the inactive user type can have several reasons:
    The user type is not in an activated price list. You have the following
    options:
    Reclassify the user(s). To do this, you can use the tool in the system
    measurement transaction USMM that is used for migrating price lists (
    <ZK>-> Environment -> Migration of price list</>).
    Set the correct active price list(s) in the system measurement
    transaction, on the tab page <ZK>price lists</>. It is only meaningful
    to have multiple active price lists in exceptional cases.
    The user type is on an activated price list(s), but is deactivated
    using the <ZK>active</> indicator.
    Start the system measurement transaction(USMM). On the <ZK>User types
    </> tab page, set the corresponding <ZK>Active</> indicator, and save
    the setting.
