  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system generated this <GL:transfer_order>transfer order</> (TO) for
    <GL:Kanban>kanban</> <GL:replenishment>replenishment</>. After the
system created the TO, the replenishment request for the intended
    container was cancelled.
The container with the kanban identification number &V3& created a
replenishment request in the form of a
    <GL:transfer_requirement>transfer requirement</> &V4&. This transfer
order was created for the transfer requirement.
When the replenishment for the container is cancelled, the system first
trys to cancel the corresponding transfer requirement (sets it to
"completed") so long as the system has not yet created transfer orders.
If a transfer order was already created, the system makes a note in
each TO item that this replenishment process was cancelled by the
    originator.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

To decide what to do with this transfer order, you need to take the
    following steps into consideration:
If the physical movement of goods has not yet taken place, cancel the
transfer order and set the transfer requirement to "completed".
If the goods have already been moved, decide whether to leave the goods
in production or to move them back into the warehouse.
If you leave the goods in production, adjust the kanban quantity in the
container and take that into consideration when triggering the kanban
signal. Confirm the transfer order in the normal way.
If you move the goods back into the warehouse, take the following
    steps:
If you move the goods to the <DS:DE.LVS_D0001>source storage bin</>,
cancel the transfer order and set the transfer requirement to
    "completed".
If you cannot move the goods back to the source storage bin, confirm
the transfer order with the actual quantity <ZH>0</> and post it using
its own <DS:DE.LVS_KZDIF>difference indicator</> to a third storage bin
(in the source <GL:storage_type>storage type</> or in another storage
type). From this storage bin, you can either place the goods back into
the warehouse or use them for the next kanban replenishment.
Set the corresponding transfer requirement to "completed".
