  • What causes this issue?

One or more company codes are assigned to controlling area &V1&. All
the CO transaction data in controlling area &V1& has been &V3&, in
particular all the data transferred from the company codes above to
controlling area &V1&. This includes the following CO transaction data:
    Line items
    Totals records/control segments
    Document headers
    Document numbers for allocation

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If the message states that not all data has been &V3&, then the data
from the company codes assigned to controlling area &V1& has been
transferred to at least one controlling area other than &V1&.
Since data is &v3& for a controlling area, data in other controlling
areas is not &V3& as well.

    How to fix this error?

If you want to delete/read data in other controlling areas, you must
run the routine in these controlling areas as well.
Contact your system manager or SAP consultant if you are not authorized
    to do this.
