  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

It has been established that characteristic '&V1&' has been selected but
not specified. This characteristic value is however, needed for the key
    figure '&V2&'.
The reason for this is that it is a currency bearing characteristic.
It could, for example, be a key figure:'Revenue in company code currency
'. In this case company code is the currency bearing characteristic.
This means that it must be fundamentally selected and specified if the
    relevant key figure is used.

    System Response

The system has provided '&V1&' on the 'Characteristic values' screen as
a compulsory entry. You can only undo compulsory entries in which you do
not select key figures any more, which require the '&V1&'.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Enter a fixed or (compulsory-) variable on the 'characteristic values'
    screen.
