because a current lock does not allow you to choose all the relevant
business processes.

System Response

The program offers only those business processes which are not locked.
Choose Goto -> Messages in order to view what is currently locked.

How to fix this error?

Now you can change the locked business processes. The locked processes
are not affected by the changes.
Contact the users locking the processes you want to work on.
