  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You want to transport the control indicators in controlling area &V1&.
    These indicators include <DS:TX.CO_OM_ALLEW>All currencies</>.
Transporting this indicator can result in serious data inconsistencies
    in the target system if:
As a result of the transport, the indicator is changed in the target
    system <ZH>and</>
In the target system, you already planned or made account assignments to
CO objects (cost centers or orders, for example).

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If the target system already contains transaction data for CO objects
from the controlling area, you should carry out the transport only if
this does <ZH>not</> change the indicator in the target system.
You can check the status of the indicator in Customizing under:
    <LS>Controlling -> General Controlling -> Production Start-Up
Preparation -> Set "Update All Currencies" Indicator</>.
    Choose <LS>Display indicator</>.
    <ZH>Note</>
Note that the entries displayed are the fiscal years <ZH>as of</> which
the indicator is active or inactive. This status is valid until a new
    entry is made.
    &EXAMPLES&
The target system already contains control indicators for year 1, year
4, and year 10. The following validity periods then exist:
Control indicator for year ,,Validity Period ,,All currencies
    Year 1 ,,Year 1 - Year 3 ,,X
    Year 4 ,,Year 4 - Year 9 ,,X
    Year 10 ,,Year 10 - 9999 ,,X
If the source system also contains an entry for the fiscal year 7, for
which the indicator is inactive, transporting the indicator would lead
    to the following:
    Year 1 ,,Year 1 - Year 3 ,,X
    Year 5 ,,Year 4 - Year 6 ,,X
    Year 7 ,,Year 7 - Year 9 ,,
    Year 10 ,,Year 10 - 9999 ,,X
For the period year 7 to year 9, the indicator would not be active in
    the target system.
