Message text: Cost element &1 in chart of accounts &2 already selected for creation
Cost element &v1& has been been found more than once in the entry list.
This cost element has already been marked for being added in chart of
accounts &v2&, but can only be created via a BAPI callup for a single
time interval, and must not already exist on the database.
The system deactivates the current entry in the list of cost elements to
be added. Only the initial entry for the cost element is retained as
active.
If you want to create additional time intervals for the cost element,
you should use the <DS:TRAN.KA01>standard transactions</> for cost
elements.
