    How to fix this error?

    If required, restart the archiving, excluding controlling area &V1&
    from the archiving process.
    Check the data for controlling area &V1&. Create controlling area &V1&,
    to be able to activate the business processes for this controlling
    area.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Search in table CBPR for entries with KOKRS = "&V1&" (for example,
    using transaction SE16). You can then get the numbers of the business
    processes affected from the PRZNR field.
