  • What causes this issue?

To select the objects for which line items are to be archived you
    entered the general <DS:GLOS.3526BA3DAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>set</>
&V1&. Set &V1& is a set for field &V2&. You did not, however, enter a
controlling area, or you entered more than one controlling area.

    System Response

The system rejected the entry, as the selection is not unique. For
general sets for the fields KOSTL or PRZNR you can choose
    <DS:GLOS.3526B5D5AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>cost centers</> (CTR) or
    <DS:GLOS.3526B66EAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>business processes</> (BPR).
It can, however, happen that cost centers or business processes with
the same name exist in different controlling areas.

    How to fix this error?

If you entered a controlling area, delete the restriction from this
field. Enter just the controlling area for which you want to archive
    the data.
For further information on the correct input of groups or sets, see the
F1 help for the <DS:DE.COOM_ARC_SETNAME>"Group or set"</> field.
