  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

During termination of the plan or SOP order &v1&, start date &v2& and
    end date &v3& were found.
This is not entirely within the transfer timeframe of &v4& for activity
quantities in Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA).
This problem occurs when the logistical planning process is made on a
basis other than monthly. Here, plan or SOP orders were created for
periods only partially in the start or end periods.

    How can this happen?

Weekly logistical planning results in plan orders created for the week
of 30 Dec 1996 to 3 Jan 1997. During transfer of activity quantities for
1997 to CO-CCA, the plan order quantities can only be taken partially
into account. The 2017 quantities are included, while those in 2016 are
    not transferred.

    System Response

Activity quantities for plan or SOP order &v1& are transferred only
partially. Those not transferred are identified separately in the
    results list.

    How to fix this error?

Check whether further reconciliation between CO-CCA and long-term,
requirements, and preliminary planning is necessary.

  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message KP602 - Partial transfer only of activity quantities to plan/SOP order &. ?

The SAP error message KP602 ("Partial transfer only of activity quantities to plan/SOP order") typically occurs in the context of controlling and planning modules, particularly when dealing with activity quantities in production planning or sales and operations planning (SOP). This error indicates that there is a mismatch between the planned activity quantities and the actual quantities that can be transferred to the order.

    4. Data Inconsistencies: There could be inconsistencies in the master data or transaction data that prevent the system from processing the transfer correctly.

    5. Capacity Constraints: If there are capacity constraints in the production environment, the system may only allow partial transfers.

    Solutions to KP602 Error

    1. Check Activity Quantities: Review the planned activity quantities in the order and ensure they match the actual quantities that need to be transferred. Adjust the quantities as necessary.
