You tried to create a unit cost estimate using a reference.
The reference objects of the cost estimate which you are referencing
are not suitable for the cost estimate you are trying to create. The
system therefore does not allow you to cost using a reference.
The following combination, for example, is not allowed:
reference object of the cost estimate you wish to reference is a CO
production order
reference object of the costing you wish to create is an internal order

How to fix this error?

Specify a reference cost estimate belonging to the same reference object
of the costing you wish to create, or
reference a base object cost estimate
