  • What causes this issue?

Device &V1&, register &V2&, is installed in at least two installations (
    &V3& and &V4&).
At least two of the corresponding rate types are <ZH>not</> entered in
the <DS:TRAN.KJCCSJ3BI01>Rate Types WITHOUT Reestimation</> table. This
means that the <ZH>leading installation</> for the
    <DS:TX.ISU_JAP_BACKBILLING>reestimation</> and/or the
    <DS:TX.ISU_JAP_DEMAND_WEIGHTING>demand weighting</> cannot be uniquely
    determined.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Background
For both reestimation and demand weighting you must uniquely select the
<ZH>leading installation</>, for which the register is to be
reestimated, or from which the demand values are taken for the demand
    weighting.
For this to happen, the rate types for the register must be entered in
all additional installation allocations in the <ZH>rate types WITHOUT
    reestimation</> table.
    Recommendation
As a rule, a dummy rate type is sufficient for this purpose.
    Additional Procedure
Check the rate types in all installation allocations for the register,
and change them so that one of the installations is the leading
    installation.
