OBJECTS_ACTIVE and CO_COST_TOTALS_ACTIVE are components of the changing
parameter BUFFER_CONTROL. At present, OBJECTS_ACTIVE and
CO_COST_TOTALS_ACTIVE can only both be active or inactive. Change the
coding in customer enhancement 5 of results analysis so that this
condition is met.
