  • What causes this issue?

    The system is attempting to apportion a reserve to line IDs. It uses
    the difference between planned costs and actual costs as equivalence
    numbers for the apportionment. This procedure only functions if the
    planned costs are greater than the actual costs.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The letter pair in parentheses can take on the following values:
    (K R) Reserves for unrealized costs
    (P P) Reserves for commissions/complaints
