Message text: Do not create line IDs of 'Spec. costs' cat. when defining assignmt rules
If actual costs of <DS:DE.KATEGORIE>category</> <ZH>D</> are incurred,
the system debits the <GL:cost_of_sales>cost of sales</> directly.
<DS:GLOS.line_ID>Line IDs</> of category <ZH>D</> are not allowed for
results analysis objects with a <DS:GLOS.results_analysis_key>results
analysis key</> of <DS:GLOS.results_analysis_type>results analysis type
</> <ZH>F</>, <ZH>S</>, or <ZH>B</>.
INCLUDE 'NA_ALLG_NOVERARBEITUNG' OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE EN
Go into Customizing and assign the line IDs of category <ZH>D</> to a
different category.
There is no cost of sales with results analysis types <ZH>F</> and
<ZH>S</>. You can select category <ZH>K</> instead, for example.
With results analysis type <ZH>B</> it is recommended that you use
results analysis with dynamic items instead of category <ZH>K</>, and
that you select the apportionment reason "Costs never to be billed" in
Customizing for dynamic items. This allows the costs to flow directly
into the cost of sales.

- Do not create line IDs of 'Spec. costs' cat. when defining assignmt rules ?The SAP error message KJ351 indicates that there is an issue with the assignment rules for cost elements in the context of controlling (CO) and specifically with the handling of special costs. This error typically arises when you attempt to create line IDs for special costs in a way that is not permitted by the system's configuration.

Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or help resources related to controlling and cost accounting. This can provide insights into how to properly set up assignment rules without violating system constraints.
Seek Expert Help: If you are unsure about how to proceed, consider consulting with an SAP expert or your internal SAP support team. They can provide guidance tailored to your specific configuration and business needs.
