either transferred too many rows or too many columns.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Reduce the number of rows or columns in the report. One way to do this
is to deactivate certain rows or columns temporarily. You do not have to
delete the rows or columns, since the system only transfers the active
ones to Excel.
You can, however, also makes changes in the form as well.
You can use 256 as a rough guideline for the number of columns and
16000 for the number of rows. This figures only roughly describe the
size, however, since administrative information is stored as well.
