  • What causes this issue?

Due to changes made, you need to regenerate form &V1& or report &V2&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

To avoid errors occurring, the system checks the current lock situation
when it generates. If a lock entry already exists -- in this
case caused by user &V3& -- you cannot generate the report.

The system terminated generation. You cannot continue the current
    transaction.

    How to fix this error?

The situation will no longer occur as soon as user &V3& has finished
generating the report. Try processing report &V2& again in a few

The SAP error message KH339, which states "Lock problem: Report &2 was not generated," typically occurs when there is a locking issue in the SAP system that prevents the generation of a report. This can happen for various reasons, including concurrent access to the same report or resource by multiple users or processes.
