As a rule, only CO-PA set hierarchies or "pure" cost center hierarchies
are used during assessment definition and activity allocation in
Profitability Analysis. In such cases, it is only necessary to check
the CO-PA sets. If "mixed" set hierarchies are used - that is to say,
CO-PA sets referencing sets assigned to other applications - it is
necessary to perform an extended test to find incorrect sets. This test
identifies all set paths containing at least one (if only transitive)
reference between two CO-PA sets from different operating concerns.
    These cannot be corrected automatically.

    How to fix this error?

If no "mixed" set hierarchies are used in your system, you can perform
the test just for CO-PA sets.
