  • What causes this issue?

An error occurred when generating Include &V1&.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Important: Execute function module &V2& manually using transaction
SE37. No special import parameters have to be entered.
You use function module &V2& to generate Include &V1& again. Once
Include &V1& has been generated without errors, the system environments
are adjusted automatically the next time your operating concerns are
    used.
If this error also occurs when function module &V2& is performed
manually, you need to generate the system environments (the
client-dependent and client-independent environment) for all operating
concerns again. (The client-dependent environment also needs to be
    generated again in each client.)
When function module &V2& is executed manually, no error should occur.
If errors do occur all the same, please inform SAP as well (OSS note
    for component CO-PA).
