  • What causes this issue?

You deleted characteristics from the segment level characteristics.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

However, these characteristics are already being used in summarization
levels (either "*" or a fixed value). The characteristic will be deleted
from those levels. This automatically puts the levels in the status
"To be created". You therefore need to reactivate and rebuild them.

    How to fix this error?

Confirm the change, or cancel segment level maintenance.
